Go Tax Advisor offers a comprehensive range of tax related services, backed by experienced experts, through different plans. Our terms and conditions page governs our services and all resources associated with them.

Registration and Security

The information you enter to create an account for registering with us must be accurate and up to date. When making any changes to the submitted information, including but not limited to your contact information, it is your responsibility to let us know about them. Moreover, you need to take responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality of your account passwords. Also, you are supposed to be responsible for all use of your account. It is, therefore, pivotal that you refrain from sharing your password with anyone to keep the account’s safety intact. You agree not to use the account or its credentials, such as the email address or password of another user, at any time and prevent other users from using your account or the credentials. Keep in mind that your account is non-transferable. In case you suspect any unauthorized/undesired use of, or access to, your account or password, you agree to notify Go Tax Advisor immediately.

Termination of Agreement

Unless terminated by Go Tax Advisor in its sole discretion, this Agreement remains in full force and effect for your use of the Go Tax Advisor Services. You may terminate your account for any of the Go Tax Advisor Services at any time, for any reason, by connecting with the Site Administrator. Go Tax Advisor may terminate your account and/or access to the Go Tax Advisor Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability at its sole discretion. Even after your user account or access to the Go Tax Advisor Services is terminated by you or by Go Tax Advisor, this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to your past and future use of the Go Tax Advisor Site(s) or the Go Tax Advisor Services. Any rights to your account will be terminated on your demise.

Purchasing Services or Products

In connection with a product purchase, subscription, or service on The Go Tax Advisor Site(s), you may be asked to provide your personally identifiable information, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card, and billing information, to an independent third party not affiliated with Go Tax Advisor (the “Processor”).

The Processor stated here is anyone responsible for collecting, transmitting, and/or processing your Personal Financial Information for order fulfillment in instances. The privacy policy and terms of use/service of the Processor shall govern all the payment obligations to make a purchase of the Site Products. If you make a purchase from the Go Tax Advisor Sites or the Go Tax Advisor, you are warranting that you are authorized to purchase using the payment form you gave to the Processor. You also need to confirm that you are 18 years of age or above to make a purchase of the Site Product.

Go Tax Advisor makes no warranty and/or accepts no liability for any damage or loss whatsoever in relation to or in connection with your access to the Go Tax Advisor Sites. Go Tax Advisor makes no warranty, provides no refunds, and accepts no liability for the purchases you make on the Go Tax Advisor Sites or the Go Tax Advisor Services. You will be solely responsible for any and all transactions you make using your Personal Financial Information, including, but not limited to, any and all charges. You agree and acknowledge that if the Processor experiences a data breach that can hamper your Personal Financial Information, Go Tax Advisor will not be held responsible or liable to you for any unforeseen data breach.

Go Tax Advisor does not need to store any record of Personal Financial Information related to purchases of products or other transactions you make through the Go Tax Advisor Services. Therefore, you should keep a record of all your transactions to keep its integrity intact. In case you have any queries regarding your transactions or believe that there is an issue or unauthorized transaction or activity linked with transactions using your Personal Financial Information, you can connect with the Processor.

Privacy

Use of the Go Tax Advisor Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is defined on our Website.

Limitation on Liability

Go Tax Advisor doesn’t accept any liability to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, deterrent, special, incidental, or penal damages, including (not limited to) loss or profit that occurred due to your use of or inability to use the Go Tax Advisor services. In jurisdictions that govern or prohibit the limitation or exclusion of such damages, the company’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be based on the extent of the relevant/applicable law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary included herein, Go Tax Advisor’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the course of the action will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Go Tax Advisor for the Go Tax Advisor services during the term of your use of the Go Tax Advisor services.

You acknowledge and agree that any impairment you incur cropping out of Go Tax Advisor’s acts or omissions or your use of the Go Tax Advisor site(s) or the Go Tax Advisor services are not irreparable and are not sufficient to entitle you to an injunction or other equitable relief limiting the availability of or any person’s ability to utilize any portion of the Go Tax Advisor site(s) or the Go Tax Advisor services.

The limitations in this section imply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, avoidance, strict liability, or any other ground, even if Go Tax Advisor has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Go Tax Advisor Parties immune against any loss, liability, claim, or request, including (not limited to) reasonable attorneys’ fees, asked by any third party due to or occurrence of or in relation to your use or abuse of The Go Tax Advisor Site(s) or the Go Tax Advisor Services (including, without, restriction, any use of your account, whether or not permitted by you), your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of another user or any Content that you disseminate through the Go Tax Advisor Services.

Disclaimer

Go Tax Advisor does not assure/guarantee that it will continue to offer the Go Tax Advisor services. Remaining compliant with the applicable law, Go Tax Advisor expressly disclaims any warranties and conditions of any kind, whatsoever express or implied, including (not limited to) fitness for a particular objective and non-infringement and warranties implemented for a course of dealing.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Go Tax Advisor services and any information received or forwarded in connection therewith may not be safe and may be intercepted by unauthorized parties. You will be held responsible for the entire cost that may incur in repair, maintenance, or correction to your device (computer, laptop etc.) or other property or recovery or retrieval of lost data necessitated by your use of the Go Tax Advisor services.

You acknowledge and agree that any certifications provided on our Go Tax Advisor’s Website are solely related to the content published on our Website and are not associated in any manner with any third-party software certification process. We strongly disclaim any and all warranties that any employer (current or potential) will attach any significance to your receipt of a certificate of completion for any action taken on our Go Tax Advisor’s Website.

Other

The failure of Go Tax Advisor to practise, implement, or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of such provision. The Section titles in this Agreement have the sole purpose of convenience and have no legal or contractual applications. This Agreement serves to the fullest extent as per the applicable law. Except and otherwise expressly provided herein, if any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed separable from this Agreement and will not impact the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.

You agree that any notices the Go Tax Advisor may be required by Applicable Law to send to you will be effective upon Go Tax Advisor’s sending an email message to the email address you have provided when registering with Go Tax Advisor or publishing such notices on the informational page(s) of The Go Tax Advisor Site(s).
